Susan Tomlinson is an experienced Consultant, Coach and facilitator with specific expertise in change management, organisational development and coaching.
Her work involves training individuals and groups to realise personal and professional potential by identifying their aspirations and strengths.
Drawing on her years of working in both career and personal development, she strongly advocates the enjoyable, yet challenging work environment.
Susan graduated from Warwick University, followed by a postgraduate diploma in Career Counselling and Consultancy from Birkbeck College, London University. She is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and a graduate coach of Coach University. A certified NLP Practitioner, she is also trained and qualified to use Insights Learning and Development profiles and products (www.insights.com) for personal and team profiling, development and coaching.
